- The first One Day Internationals in more than 18 months for USA, Nepal and Papua New Guinea will be broadcast in their home markets as well as other key markets around the world
- The first international matches of any kind for USA and PNG since the beginning of the COVID pandemic will help all three teams prepare for the return of ICC Cricket World Cup League 2
- Willow Sports HD, Action Sports HD, TV WAN and Fancode to broadcast all 4 ODI matches starting tomorrow
After a lengthy wait for the return of international cricket like so many associate members, USA Cricket, Cricket Association of Nepal and Cricket Papua New Guinea are very pleased to announce that the four One Day Internationals to be played between the sides will be broadcast in key territories around the world, with the first game in the series starting tomorrow, Monday 5th September.
The broadcast will be carried across four platforms including major TV networks in the three competing nations – Willow Sports HD in North America, Action Sports in Nepal, TV WAN in Papua New Guinea & all other East Asia Pacific territories, as well as Fancode in the remaining Indian Subcontinent (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives and Sri Lanka).
The coverage will include a six camera HD broadcast with replays, graphics and pre & post-match coverage presented by international cricket commentator, Andrew Leonard.
The four matches all involve Papua New Guinea who face off against both USA and Nepal twice each over the course of five days at the magnificent Oman Cricket Academy Grounds just outside Muscat. The final two matches of the week will be Day Night matches played under floodlights with afternoon starts at 2.30pm local time.

I would particularly like to thank everyone involved at Willow TV and the hosts of these matches, Oman Cricket, as well Marron Media, our production partner for these matches, for their collective contributions to be able to make this happen at late notice.”
Raunak Malla, the Cricket Association of Nepal General Manager said, “We have seen from the success of the Tri-Nations T20 series that we hosted in April in Kathmandu, the growing appetite for the broadcast of all associate cricket and the potential for it to continue to grow. These matches are our first One Day Internationals since February 2020 and on CAN’s behalf I would like to thank our partners at Dish Home and our Media Rights partner, Marron Media for their support in bringing these games to fans across Nepal and beyond.”
