With the deadlines for receiving nominations for director positions and for reviewing the eligible voter list having now past, in the interest of transparency and inclusiveness, the Nominating & Governance Committee wishes to provide the following update to advise of the remaining steps and timeline in the ongoing election process:

• January 20th:  NGC will announce the eligible candidates for the Board director positions and the details of the election process itself.
• January 24th:  Initial election will start, with the final list of eligible voters being published and each eligible voter receiving ballots and instructions electronically.
• February 3rd:  Election will close; with the results being independently audited and announced shortly thereafter. 

In the meantime, the NGC is busy completing its review of each and every query and comment that has been submitted as part of the peer review process.
