USA Cricket has today published its Board minutes of 15 meetings held during 2020 and 2021 so far.

On the basis of legal advice received, and in accordance with best corporate governance and practice, the Board has unanimously agreed that, whilst its overarching objective is to be as transparent as possible in publishing the minutes, relevant sections of certain Board minutes needed to be redacted before publication to avoid waiving privilege in respect of legal advice that was received and considered by the Board and which formed the basis of a Board decision.
The published minutes represent all of the Board meetings held in 2020 and all of the meetings held in 2021 so far for which the minutes have been approved. As a matter of practice, minutes of future Board meetings will be added to this section of the website once approved, as will the minutes of the Board meetings held in 2018/2019 once they have been formally reviewed and redacted where necessary.
